Your posts are making it clear to me that you have little or no experience in Thailand. The dating apps are going to have mostly money boys. If you're looking for free sex, on the dating apps you'll have better luck with the 35+ age group.
If you're looking for free sex with the 18-25 group, the dating apps and the bars are the wrong places to look. In my case, I usually find them in places such as shopping malls, working in shops, restaurant waiters, just walking around, etc. If you see a boy that interests you, do what I do - simply smile, say hello to him, and take it from there if he shows any interest.
I usually carry a little card with my name and telephone number printed on it. I give it to the boy. If he's not going to go with you right then and there, if he's interested he'll call. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.
