I came across a recommendation for a free internet site that has numerous USA channels including HBO, TCM, ESPN, and many more available to us here in Thailand.
When you click on a channel, a video box (similar to YouTube display) appears, click on the "play" button to watch - you can also expand to full screen. Below the display box is a program listing for the channel. When I tried it the other day, it streamed fine, but this morning, a lot of buffering - then I turned off my VPN and it streamed fine again.
