My positive experience was getting in the Tuk Tuk which the hotel arranged. He took care of the navigation & itinerary for 2 days. A Tuk Tuk driver is the only guide you ever need.
On the second visit, I had the same positive experience with a different Tuk Tuk driver. On that trip, of course I had to specify where I wanted to go, in order to avoid duplication.
