5 consecutive Songkran national holidays in April

Post by Daleinpattaya »

Gonna be a doozy … immigration, Post Office, most banks, all government offices … 12-16 April … all closed … forewarned … be prepared … a totally swinging time to be had by all.

Here is a link I came across of holidays in Thailand this year.

Thank you Daleinpattaya. As long as I've lived here in Pattaya the "Big Day" for water splashing has always been April 19. I have not heard whether that will change or remain the same. If anyone gets reliable information about that please post. If the "Big Day" is going to change, then what day will it be?

By the way, for Chonburi City their "Big Day" has always been the 18th and Sattahip always the 20th. No word yet whether any of that is going to change.

Dodger, I've never heard anything about what happens in Bang Saray on the "Big Day". Can you fill us in?
