If their new automated system isn't working, the question is why didn't they go back to the manual system until they could fix the problem? I suppose it's easier to just once again inconvenience every person who has to submit 90-day address reports.
I didn't know they had switched to an automatic system until your post. The system they had in place was working perfectly. What's that old saying? "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". But somebody decided to "fix it" anyway and change how the system works, put a new system in place obviously before fully testing it, finding and fixing any bugs.
I'm surprised nothing about this appears in any of the English language news media. It would be nice to be kept informed of the situation and any progress in fixing it, which I think is a hell of a lot more important than an article about some guy playing a lute on Pattaya Beach Road (and I'm not making that up - https://thepattayanews.com/2024/08/02/i ... n-pattaya/ )
