I don't see many people picking that area as a good place to try to cross. I suppose it wouldn't be all that difficult to take a shovel and dig under it just about anywhere along that fence line. But then what? It looks like the middle of a desert to me, nowhere near any form of civilization that would be of help to anyone crossing illegally. Whoever tries it better be able to take along plenty of water. It also looks like people better already have plenty of water just getting as far as that fence in the first place, much less crossing it.lvdkeyes wrote:Doesn't look like it would keep anyone out. On the far right there is a place when a person could easily crawl under it.
Take away the plants and those few scattered buildings and now you might as well be on the surface of Mars. Not exactly the greatest area to try to cross.
And Bogart at least had mules . . .
What, by the way, became of the caravan? A short while ago the caravan was all you saw on the news (aside from Trump's daily fiascos). Now I can't find a thing about it.
