Koreans are also mentioned in the stats. I see quite a few of them too, but they seem more keen on North Pattaya. Usually well behaved.
If the Koreans were the prominent tourists in Pattaya it would be wonderful.
They are always well-mannered and fun to be around...some real cuties always in the mix...and, like the Japanese, they are big spenders when on holiday.
I sat next to a group of gay Korean boys once at Nice Boys and ended up partying with them. They were hilarious and so much fun to be around. I accepted their invite to join them at Butterfly Karaoke afterwards and ended up sleeping with the one I had my eye on all night. He was a dream!
Korea is in fourth place on the list of arrivals in Thailand in 2024. 1.87 million tourists.
That's not bad for a country with about 56 million people & only slightly behind the 2.13 million visitors from India.
How many go to Pattaya is another question.
Obviously, in South Pattaya, they're far outnumbered by Indians & Arabs.
North Pattaya seems to be a lot more popular with Koreans. How many is difficult to say. If seeing a small group of well dressed oriental people, it's a mistake to assume they're Chinese until hearing them speak.
To my ear, the Korean language sounds much closer to Japanese than Chinese.
As for hooking up with Koreans, my last success was years ago in Kanchanaburi, via Grindr.
I have no ambition to hook up with any Indians in Pattaya.

There used to be an Indian boy nick-named Paula who graced the stage at JimJimmyJames after graduating from Amigo Pub in Sunee who was an absolute show-stopper. He was a gorgeous and charismatic slim pretty-boy that could melt you with his smile- and he was hung like a thoroughbred racehorse.
XXXmovies staring Paula can still be found on the internet.
