It's military conscripton time in Thailand

All males must report for conscription at age 21. Lady boys are often exempted. Along with the physical exams, etc - now comes the "nail-biter" part: The conscription lottery. Each potential recruit reaches into a bucket to draw a color. If they draw black, they are exempt from military service. But if they draw red, now they're in the military for 2 years.
