On my last visits to Bangkok I have enjoyed seafood at "Baan Klang Nam 2" Restaurant - it is near Rama III Road, not far from Royal Southern Bypass Bridge.
I hope I have rendered the spelling correctly.
Today I picked up some friends at the airport who were coming back from a lengthy stay in Pattaya and Bangkok. They were also very enthusiastic about this place, commenting in particular on the lack of farangs there as it mostly caters to local Bangkok folk.
It is a bit more expensive than my Pattaya area favourite "Preecha" at Baan Amphur - but service is at higher level.
