This Policy actually looks reasonable but hasn't been updated to include Big Jokes mandate related to freezing 800k in ones account for several months after visa renewal has been approved.
It might be a good idea for the Deputy Commissioner who published this Policy to sit down and have a drink with Big Joke. Of course that may be difficult with Big Jokes busy schedule mascarading around the Kingdom as Spiderman.
