I like the part about how Pattaya crews are clearing out the storm drains - drains that lack the capacity to handle the heavy rainfalls to begin with, even if the drains are completely clear. Time for somebody's brother-in-law to amass his fortune by completely re-doing the storm drains so that they actually prevent this kind of flooding in the first place.
