Shouldn't they publish a detailed route map & plans for that Bangkok-Pattaya high speed railway well in advance of the construction ?
Or is consultation not done in Thailand ?

Based on what I see elsewhere, they could do with some kinds of checks and balances, to ensure the right type of railway is built & in the correct location. For once.

That's so bad that we can't even place Pattaya station within a 10 mile radius.

Where are the detailed plans ?
Firstly, the kind of thing that shows exactly where the tracks run relative to existing infrastructure, where the station is, roads to the station & ring fenced land for the tram connection etc.
Then plans showing detailed cuttings, over bridges etc.
The kind of things that would be normal in a developed country. Even in Thailand, that ought to exist before they start work.
