This Pattaya pharmacy is managed by Tommy who speaks excellent English. I have been using them now for several months to supply medications that in USA would be "over the counter, i.e. non-prescription." Of course they do have medicines that would require prescriptions in USA, but I choose to get those from Bangkok Hospital Pattaya (BHP) [my health insurance covers me for those medicines].
Someone at a Pattaya City Expats Club meeting recommended Fulfil Pharma noting they were the best delivery pharmacy service in Pattaya with great English-speaking staff who can give advice on medications. Further, they had lower prices than than those they were getting from an online pharmacy in Bangkok.
I contacted them and gave them a list of 5 medicines (3 that I obtain from a Bangkok online pharmacy and 2 from a major branch of a pharmacy chain in Thailand). Their prices were lower for all 5 and they quoted a price of 40 baht for delivery. If they have the medicine in stock, they deliver the same day, usually within an hour of when I make the order and pay by bank transfer. For Pattaya delivery, they use Grab.
