Although he had not posted here for some years, I am sure some of you will remember the member whose forum name was simply "Bob"
Sadly, I have to tell you that he died last Thursday. His funeral was yesterday and was well attended by Thai and expat friends.
Bob was the first friend I made in Chiang Mai and he introduced me to many of the friends I still have today. There are many others who will say the same.

I am truly sad about this news. I appreciate you letting us know.
Bob was a long-time prolific poster on this board and made many significant contributions. He was an important member of Thailand's gay farang community. His death is a loss for all of us.

Bob will certainly be missed.
He always projected himself as a humble gentleman in his posts and I'm sure he was much the same in-person.
