That's actually how I see this thing developing, although B2 ordinance would be off-limits.
Israel just released their own military damage assessment which reads the same as the U.S. intelligence report - saying the nuclear facilities have not been destroyed.
Netanyahu is champing at the bit to keep the U.S. military in-play, but, in my opinion, Trump is poised to throw him under the bus and let him fight the battle on his own for the reasons mentioned earlier.
Just so you know, I think the right thing for the U.S. to do right now would be to launch a major joint attack (air, sea & land) with the Israelis with the objective of doing what they initially set out to do, and that's completely destroy Iran's nuclear capabilities and decimate their military. I hope I'm wrong, but I just don't see this happening.
