Why?
B2's are part in the U.S. Nuclear Triad and it would require a vote in Congress to allow any other country to have access to even one of them. Only the most advanced and highly skilled U.S. combat pilots get anywhere near these things.

Is that really a roadblock ?
The bomber and the nuclear weapons are 2 separate issues, with Israel already having the latter.
Israel already has F35s, which is one of the highest tech weapons which the US wouldn't want the enemy to get hold of.
The B2 replacement is due in 7 years. Of course, if the technology is even more sensitive than the F35, that might be a reason to restrict access.

Incidentally, with 5 minutes of google research, I couldn't find information on any Israeli heavy bombers.

So far the news is saying the ceasefire is holding. How long that will continue is anybody's guess. So far everything has been missiles and bombs. If the ceasefire fails, and at some point I think it will, I wonder if there will be boots-on-the-ground combat.

Yes, but the B2 is one of only two nuclear-capable bombers in the U.S. Nuclear Triad. That's why it's pretty much hands-off.

Aside from the ultra-high U.S. security controls over its nuclear ordinance (including the B2) is the fact that the U.S is the only country that has pilots trained to fly and operate the B2. It wouldn't be like letting your neighbor borrow your lawnmower...555.

As long as we're playing armchair quarterbacks...

The way to demolish Irans nuclear facilities isn't by air alone. They should clear the areas around the 3 sites with intense bombing, then drop in a few SEAL teams with C4 explosives. They need to get boots underground.

Nuclear capable bombers are nothing new.
80 years ago, the US had to modify their bombers to dispatch one heavy item from the centre, rather than from two smaller bomb bays.
Apparently, the back up plan was to use a Halifax bomber.

Of course there are probably other sensitive technologies with the B2.

I would imagine so. Around 2 billion dollars worth.

If terrorist attacks start up and any can be attributed to Iran, I have a feeling Trump may decide to go into Iran and finish the job. I think most Iranian people are getting fed up with this whole thing and just want to live their lives in peace. I think most don't want wars with Israel, the USA, or anyone else.

If terrorist attacks startup, which is highly probable, Trump will probably blame everyone BUT Iran so he doesn't have to go to war, e.g., the proxies did it without Iran's knowledge, they were provoked by Israel, it's fake news, CNN hired contractors to do it, Oliver North did it, Santa Claus did it, etc.

I don't know why you think Trump doesn't want to go to war. I think that's exactly what he wants to do and he's only waiting for the right excuse.

Because in order to do that he'd have to expose himself to his MAGA base as being someone who totally deceived them about NEVER dragging the U.S. into another Mideast war - after insulting and ridiculing past Presidents for taking the same action.

According to the experts a narcissist's two greatest fears are 1) Fear of Being Exposed, and 2) Fear of Abandonment.

There are other reasons.
