Take Care

Post by Jun »

This video is, I believe, posted by the well known manager of a bar in Jomtien complex. A bar that I occasionally visit.

There are some allegations regarding the removal of a mobile phone in the comments & you have to watch carefully to spot that.

At least it appears that an attempt had been made to hide the phone in this instance.

On the other hand, I despair when one or two lads I know just leave their mobile phones lying around, without any attempts to secure or hide them.
Now, no doubt 99.5% of the people around are trustworthy, but what happens when the other type appear ?

My mobile phone usually stays in my pocket. Preferably a pocket with a zip.

A problem that never once concerned me.

When I was running the bars the last thing in the world I'd stuff in my pocket was a mobile phone.

To each his own.

As long as the phone stays in your pocket most of the time, I don't see a problem.
Top of the list of good phone uses at a bar is the translation facility. Ideally, the boy speaks English or the customer speaks Thai/Khmer, but for cases where that's a work in progress, google translate fills in the gaps.

On the other hand, if someone sits looking at the phone all night, he might as well have sat in his room with a drink from 7-eleven.
