Rob Reiner, probably best known for his portrayal of Michael Stivic on "All in the Family" and his wife were found murdered, apparently by his own son. The son has been arrested.

The son killed his father and mother. Maybe he will be sharing a cell with the Menendez brothers.

So far, no published speculation about the motive for killing both of his parents. Prosecutors have announced Nick Reiner has been charged with first degree murder, which carries a penalty of life imprisonment without possibility of parole or even the death penalty. Apparently the prosecutors want to know the wishes of the family before deciding whether to seek the death penalty.
