Is there anywhere that does a weather forecast with some proper detail of cloud cover ?
I can work out it will be mostly dry this month. The forecasts are reasonably good for identifying the risk of rain as well.
What I haven't found is a good forecast of cloud cover. If I'm going somewhere without much shade, it would be best to do that on a cloudy day. Which means a good forecast is required.

I use this site which gives an up to date weather radar picture.
You can move the map about and zoom in and out as required.

Thanks. Is there any way to get a forecast out of that ?
After all my internet searches, I find 2 types of weather data:
1. Radar maps, up to current time, with no attempt to forecast
2 Daily forecasts, so what I read now hasn't been updated for almost 24 hours.
Back in the UK, they do radar maps and forecasts. Sometimes quite useful, although some weather patterns can be forecast better than others.
After all my internet searches, I find 2 types of weather data:
