Line on a PC

The line app for PC no longer seems to work properly. Even after trying a complete reinstall.

I'm not the only one, as there are recent reviews on the Microsoft App store mentioning this.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no easy way to contact Line to report problems. Therefore don't expect it to get fixed any time soon.

There is a Chrome extension which still works on a desktop. However, as Chrome isn't my first choice browser, that's not as convenient.

Mine works as well as always - no problems at all - yet . . .

Thank you. In view of that information, I had another look.

Despite the Add/Remove programs menu in Control Panel showing just one version of Line, my PC actually had 2 different versions of line.
One was an old and no longer supported version. I've deleted that. The other one works.

I'm used to dealing with application updates that are just that -updates ! Not something that installs a second instance, with only one visible on the Control Panel.
